We had a clogged bathtub drain that was not budging. Jack was able to get to us the same day due to someone else canceling. He had great communication. They showed up on and within 25 minutes had the clog cleared. They cleaned up after the job and were very polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Lincoln with similar issues.

Did an amazing job! I will definitely be using them again! Jack made it effortless to schedule! I've had a hassle using others but this is definitely a company I'd using again in the future! They stand by there work and use amazing products!

Jack and his assistant were great! Figured out the issue, gave me my options, answered my questions, and got everything done quickly. Nice to work with and felt comfortable having them in my home. I’ll be contacting The Plumber again when I need a plumber.

We hired The Plumber after they came highly recommended by a friend, and they sure came through with great service. Their owner and team were super personable and kind. And the price for installing our new water heater seemed very fair and was significantly less than a popular competitor. They were able to fit us into their schedule very quickly too. Plus, they left us with clear operating instructions and explained all the work they did. Based on our first experience, we’d hire them again!

I called at 8:00 am. Jack & Greg were at our house by 11 this morning to work on our sinks. Jack explained everything that needed to be done and gave me options for success. I will definitely recommend them and call them should we need to. They are prompt, very courteous and thorough in their job. Great experience!

I’ve used this plumbing company a few times over the years, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and honesty. Roger is always great to work with, and recently I had another great experience when I discovered a leak. They were able to send Jack and Drake out the very next day, and both of them were great with communication.

Jack showed up on time this morning to install a new garbage disposal and repair a leak/plumbing under the kitchen sink in a condo I just purchased in downtown Lincoln. He was knowledgeable in his abilities and worked quickly to complete the job. He even caught a potential problem with a cracked pipe and replaced it in a second sink area. I will be scheduling again with him for the bathroom plumbing in the near future when his schedule permits it. Thank you Jack Casement!

I’m impressed!! Called at 10pm on a Friday night and explained my issue. Jack showed up Saturday morning and had my water leak repaired very quickly. He was upfront on what may need to be done and told me the next steps that needed to be taken. I was even very pleased with what I thought was a fair price for repair too.

Jack and Drake showed up on time for repairs during the provided arrival time. We needed a new water heater and new plumbing on 3 sinks. It was all accomplished in the same morning with great precision. Triple checked for leaks and were good to go. We just purchased the house, and Jack was more than happy to explain standard plumbing procedure and maintenance for the water heater. Very professional and overall great experience. We will be going with The Plumber for future maintenance and repairs.
